Our refund commitment

We want you to be happy with Thuto AI. If you are not satisfied, contact us and we will make it right.

Consumer subscriptions: If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription, contact info@thuto.ai for a refund or account credit.
Annual or institutional plans: Refunds are handled according to the terms agreed in your school, university, or CSI partner proposal.
How to request: Email info@thuto.ai with your account email and reason for the refund. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
