How to cancel
You can cancel your Thuto AI subscription at any time.
- Monthly plans: Cancel from your account settings at any time. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
- Annual plans: Annual plans remain active until the end of the prepaid term unless otherwise agreed.
- Institutional plans: Schools, universities, and CSI partners should refer to their signed agreement for cancellation terms and notice periods.
